" He imediately took it to the saw and cut them off and wrapped to handle in 550 cord then sent me pictures of it saying how much he loved it."

w'ow.
I mean... w'ow.

Damn that funny "dog" I know how ya feel, sometimes I would love to let loose on some of the people that have asked me for stuff. Most of the time I have pretty pleasent experiences but I get me share of dumbasses to. Had one guy order a expensive knife with a curly maple handle. I put my best piece I had on it at the time. When he got it. He imediately took it to the saw and cut them off and wrapped to handle in 550 cord then sent me pictures of it saying how much he loved it. I asked why he did that and asked if he didn't like the wood I wouldn't of wasted my time, effort, and best piece of material. He said, "no dog! I liked it just fine, but it was my intention all along to cut the handles off and cord wrap it. I didn't know you could do cord wrap, I thought you just worked in wood and sh!t".

Had another guy wanted to order a knife and wanted the handle to be made of human bone. I told him "no problem! I'll just get in my human bone catalog and order him a femer of a russian czer and get that right out to him" he said. "O.k. dude! Let me know when its done. (Oh, and his budget was less than $75. Bucks.)

Wow, sorta speechless...

LMAO... you really got the fenix E11?

i love that light, its my only flashlight though so i cant compare it to anything.....what you think about it?

If you got that light for real ill order one of the edc setups on payday... just send me a price :) this will be my first piece of leather anything!!!

Yeah I really got one. I misplaced my microstream again. So I got the E11 then found the microstream. So far I like the E11.

Hahaha, TMHunt that's quite an amazing story. I love reading these stories. They always make me smile.
I think everybody came in touch with their own share of dumbasses though. Always funny to read about it.

shoulda told him you could get "short pig" bone at a reasonable price but all your "long pig' bone suppliers were out of stock.

Don't forget about the zombie idiot!

Got to poke around on the Endeavor yesterday morning while scouting for a huge wifi antenna installation location.
Neat little ship. Can't believe they did the Atlantic and back. The exterior decks are PACKED with gear - vans, winches, cranes. Inside it's very nicely laid out. The crew seemed really great.

In the real world, science labs aren't always like Spiderman and Iron Man movies, especially when space is at a premium:

I didn't know you could do cord wrap, I thought you just worked in wood and sh!t".

So he knows you can design a knife, make it from scratch, fit handles from premium wood, liners, inlays, etc..... but didn't think you're capable of doing a 550 cord wrap that he probably learned in 20 minutes from a youtube video?

Wow.

Maybe he'll also order a custom 1911 and convert it to shoot airsoft.

I think i remember the Zombie idiot story from the last gathering I was at. If it's the same story, idiot is the correct description!

Human bone... Some people are weird. Should have asked if he would be willing to supply the bone :D

Gnome, Todd... The guys you all have to deal with remind me why I hate "service industry" jobs.

Got a nice bonus check.
Im gonna go blow it at the gun show today. :D
I'm thinking Mossberg 500 (or 590) and a Glock 19 should do nicely.
They both seem like Beckers of the gun world.
No frills, well made pieces that are designed to work. And easy to mod should I get a hankerin'. :D

I get request asking if i can make a kydex sheath to fit a multi-tool and knife all in one piece of kydex with a hole cut out of the blade side to place multi-tool.. I explain to them that kydex doesn't work like that. the muti-tool and blade would be fighting each other when getting placed back in the sheath, I then tell them the muti-tool would have it's own kydex sheath and it would be attached to bladed sheath, they demand there design and that's it, so I say pay up front no returns and I'll make it even thou it wouldn't work, I never hear from them again or go round and round and round with different designs until we agree on something then says nevermind or ask for some crazy length and width and offers little to no money.

Congrats my man!
Which one was it?

Thanks man! feels good, I didn't think I would sell one before it was finished. It was The 710 split, not 100% finished yet but I have 3 left in the works. The chomper won't be ready for quite some time, still working out design.

HAHAHAHA!! No problem, just grab a shovel and go dig someone up. Got a design for you to look at when you have time. No paracord, no human bone. + How the heck do I sign up for an M18 chopasaurus?

'Hey Bra, I need a sheath for my knife how much?' Well Bra I ain't a 'Bra', Bra, or a 'dog' or a 'homey' and my crystal ball is in the shop getting all polished up so I won't be able to divine what knife you have or what you want for it, so just shooting from the hip i'm gonna say it's a thousand dollars. Why? Well your stupid for starters and there is a 900% surcharge + tax for stupid people that call me Bra, Bra.
Not sure if he got the point, Haven't heard back yet.

-20 points for typos while calling someone stupid bra :)

broheim. that's the ticket.

snarkheim, crafted in barlowheim :)

" He imediately took it to the saw and cut them off and wrapped to handle in 550 cord then sent me pictures of it saying how much he loved it."

w'ow.
I mean... w'ow.

from now on you need the "dumbass option" - blade - no handle, $15 charge for premium custom work"

cord wrapping services commensurate with time...
