Becker "Move Your Butt" Challenge - April 2014

So, no idea where this fits in the "line-up". Not even really joining the contest... However last three weeks twice a week been playing racquetball for 2.5 hours at a time. For the 5 weeks before that been playing once a week.
 
4.6 mile run. 29.2 BP to date.

4.4 mile run. 33.6 BP to date.

So, no idea where this fits in the "line-up". Not even really joining the contest... However last three weeks twice a week been playing racquetball for 2.5 hours at a time. For the 5 weeks before that been playing once a week.

Not a contest. Just a log and support group for those who want to do mileage-based activities. You could count steps while racquetballing and translate into miles.
It'll be tough when you get up in the thousands though. :D
 
.2 mile of steps this morning and then logged 4.3 miles of walking on the pedometer.. and went to Sea World for 4 hours.. 39.7 ttd

Mile and a half walk and four and a half mile bike ride.. 2.6 + 32.6 = 35.2 ttd
 
Friggin' heck. I got sick for a solid week AND worked picked up, both of which swept me out of the swim of regular exercise. I don't know if I'll be able to hit 50 now, but I'm going to plug along, regardless of my month's total mileage.

Thursday, 4-17: walked 2.75 miles
Friday, 4-18 jogged and walked 3.5 miles

Current total BPs: 12
