30 minutes biking, heavy hills, 7.5 mile
20 minute heavy hill walk .9 mile

1.6 mile walking = 1.6 points
7.5 mile biking = 1.8 points
3.4 + 7.1 = 10.5 point ttd


.5 mile hills warm up
15 minutes of step boxes, 60 seconds at a time between weight stations.. jelly legs.. not sure how to score it. I averaged about a 1/4 mile of distance, but 3 miles of effort, lol

Weights day so not much walking today.
1/2 mile warm up = 0.5

Finally on the board!!!!

3.02 (yes I'm counting hundredths, I'll need em all!!! ;) ) walk w/the wife tonight in under an hour. This is the first time I've been able to get out and exercise since having bronchitis.
 
Hiked 4.5 miles yesterday morning,with a nice evening 2 mile walk with the Wife (I never add the dog walking,BTW,but that probably adds up at .25 mile 3-6 times per day :p ); Total 6.5 miles walking = 6.5 points

Went for a 18.936 mile road ride on the CX bike this afternoon when the rain broke for a bit. 18.936 road riding miles = 4.734 points

Sub-total: 11.23 points

Total to date: 51.84 BK Points :glee::victorious:

Hoping to get a good trail ride in over the weekend. The Boy has a basketball game mid day tomorrow (and there's "90% chance of rain,and wind advisory in effect",probly not tomorrow despite expected temps in the upper 50's),so it's looking like if at all,after church Sunday,sposed to be upper 40's and sunny,fingers crossed :D
 
My younger brother and I did a just over 5 miles in Caw Caw Park. Call it an even 5 for argument sake.

That puts my total BP to 9
 
Dang, we're crawling right now! Stands to reason, given it's the dead of winter. But still, this is a challenge, which by circular definition should be challenging :D

1-9: biked on the exercycle at the gym for 3 miles/.75 BPs
1-10: walked my dog for 1.0 miles/BPs
1-11: walked my dog for .75 miles/BPs

Current Total BPs: 16.25
 
About 6 miles a day with walking to school and a 2.5ish mile walk in the evening with only 6 days of school this year (snow days) equals 36 bp
 
Did in fact get out on the trail today after church. Was intending a 10+ miler,but just wasn't feeling it in the legs (hilly,twisty,technical singletrack along a ridge-my onliest mtn bike being a singlespeed... :p ),only made a short loop,got 4.88 miles.

Points today: 2.44

Points to date: 54.28

Many,many thanks,my friend :D I always try to "come outta the gate strong" in January,it doesn't always happen,but this has been a good year so far,fingers crossed for no major flare-ups (spinal injuries) and a good year this year,2013...kinda sucked for it :)
