Beckerhead firearms

Here are two of my firearms with Beckers. A Glock 19 and a Savage 30-06. I also have a Remington 870 super magnum and a Winchester model 94.

I got a real hankering for a Mini 14 tactical.
Oh, you mean like this?

Poor quality pic, I know...
Picked this one up from a buddy of mine for a REALLY great price about 6 months ago...
Bought a few of the Tapco mags for it, (yeah, I know, "Crapco", but the Mini mags are great!), and love it!

With Rugers new AR-556 retailing at under $600 now though, I can't imagine why anyone would buy a NEW Mini.
I mean, they're cool rifles and all, but why?

Of course, as with all things, YMMV...

Well some folks don't want or can't have a pistol grip plus the mini is a proven gun, I can reasonably expect it to be reliable and durable over a long period. The AR-556, I don't know, it could go either way. If I were going to buy an AR I'm going to pony $1k for a Colt and get something that I know I could trust my life to if the need should arise. Most folks just want something to enjoy at the range and don't care if it's not "tier 1 operator approved". If it's just for fun pretty much any AR should be fine.

Guns? Don't talk about guns! If I'm here I'm not trying to decide which one I want next but don't need. I have more than years I've been alive. I suppose if I only buy 1 a year I could keep that up. Hmmmmm

S&W 460 - interesting and stupid

CAI AK47 amercian made milled receiver sporter. kick ass. 100% american parts.

CMR-30 - not yet available, but SHOT SHOW 2015? mmm

Went to the gun show today and got this gem for $625. S&W 625-3 .45ACP model of 1989. No lock, fixed firing pin, and the PO had a slight trigger job done to it. Not competition light, but shaved off a couple pounds and smooth like buttah. Gonna meet him tomorrow, he's gonna bring in some moon clips and ammo to sell me.

Damnit Hoss, I been wanting one of those for my nightstand gun forever

Been wanting one of these for a while too. My 629 is a lot of fun with specials, but I don't reload yet so I have to order .44 special online and they're almost twice as much as .45acp.

The guy also had a pretty nice pinned and recessed model 19 for the same price. Would have liked to have gotten that too.

Beautiful pistol!
Wish I had one...
Oh wait, I do!!

Mines early '90s production...before the "lawyer lock".
One of my all-time favorite shooters.
You're gonna love it Big Hoss!

AAAHHH!!!!
dammit. though honestly I prefer no more than .38spl+P in a K-frame, so the model-14 and 15 are best for me. and I have a 14.

There is a huge print of a close-up photo of the driver's-side view of an open Registered Magnum on the wall... taken here by the resident photographer when the pistol was passing through.

I think the dude had a 14 too. The guy had a bunch of nice stuff. I guess he was in his early sixties, dressed like a cowboy, and a handlebar mustache. And a case full of pre-lock smiths and Ruger single actions. And a rack full of rifles that I wasn't quite prepared to plunk down the cash for.
