Beckerhead firearms

Which CZ75 do you have? Stock CZ75 SP01 tactical SA is pretty damn sweet, but the DA (even the half cock from decocking) is pretty heavy. Wouldn't mind lightening it up.QUOTE]
It is a stock SP01 Tac just like yours I got everything from Angus's shop czcustom.com

I just did all the easy ones, Hammer spring, firing pin spring and recoil spring along with a stainless steel guide rod.
The Tactical decocker versions as we have are too easy to screw up going into the trigger parts to do an at home trigger job.

How much of a difference do you notice?

A lot. Stock is about 12/6 lb mine is now about half that. Only problems I have had is with finocci ammo with their crazy hard primers, Once in blue moon I get a light strike. The creep is still in the trigger only thing that can get that out is the comp hammer.

Niiiice. Might have to take a gander and order me some new parts. Thanks for the heads up :)

Momma got a new purse hornet today. I like it so much, I may have to have one myself. :D

I had one of them for a while and stupidly traded it off. I really kinda wish I had kept it. Might have to find another one again sometime soon. That or an M&P Shield.........I'm kinda stuck between the two.

Great choice I really like my 642 & 644.
I remember talking about a handgun for her at SHOT and was going to ask if you two had found one.
Give the Rem 125gr. A try. They are +P but I think they shoot well & can be found in a 100 round box for a good price.
got a holster yet?

Going holster, speedloader and ammo shopping tomorrow...:D

Bianchi speed strips work well and take up less space than a speedloader. They make a reload a bit slower, but are still pretty fast. They hold 6 rounds, but I usually just loaded 5 on them when I had a 642.

J frames only hold 5 rounds. I suppose having an extra wouldn't hurt though.

Carry 5 fully stocked speed strips and use only 5 rounds from each. When they are all empty (but for the extra round in each), you now have one more cylinder of ammo.

Math and ammo - potent combination! :D

Probably going to pulled into the princapals office next week, we had a project in one of my classes where we had $10000 to spend and we had to make a list if what we bought and transfer it to excel. Well over half of what I put down where firearms :D
