Beckerhead firearms

I just grabbed some from the hardware store and tucked it under the grips. Even on my other guns when I didn't secure it it stayed really well. I think its 3m but I don't remember.

10-4. I see that you can buy a sheet of the talon grips material now for $10. I think I might order a sheet and try that.

So here is my first ever holster I finished here last year. It is to hold my Super RedHawk, .44 Remington Magnum

Here is my second sheath, to hold my Ruger New BlackHawk in .357 Magnum

And I've lost 80 pounds since that first pic

Good lord man. You're talented AND fit. That is awesome on both counts right there.

I can't get flickr working right where it will let me copy and paste the BBC code.

The weight loss was due to going to the paleo diet, started it the first of January. Western diet made me a bit heavier every year I got older. I'm 36 now, and went from 275 to about 193 this morning.

Thanks.

Our local farm Co-op ran a gun sale today and I picked up this little Henry pump I've been lusting after for a long time. Been a fun day.

OK I made the pics work finally, earlier I couldn't get Flickr to work, and now I can.

That Saber 16 is sweet, and not easy to find these days. That Henry, wow, she's a peach, very nice.

thanks for the pics Trade -- it's going to take a while to figure out how they attached that piece of leather around the welt with all the stitching hidden.
unless it's only hidden on the front and you can see a stitch line from the back?

Ross - congrats on the weight loss -- that's impressive.

there is more win in this picture than should be allowed for mere mortals to gaze upon!

So in addition to the 5-shot .44 special GP100 is coming out with, there is also a pic of an 8-shot .357 magnum Redhawk. Looks like the .44 "backpacker" but with on unfluted cylinder.

Nice work, redmech!
refined carbs suck, don't they. :)

Great choice there, Trade. I've shot the lever-action version plenty, and it's a great gun for the money. The Taurus pump is a much more faithful copy of the Winchester model 62, but the Henry operating system is a delight. I've got the Golden Boy in .22WMR.
