Beckerhead Jobs

I work for an online vacation rental website. Mainly doing policy violation stuff. So I'm a cubicle warrior

Skydiving instructor.

I used my BSEE (electrical engineering) degree to get a job installing security systems for a VERY large national company. 7 years doing residential, been doing small businesses for the past 11+....(yeah, 18+ *#!$ years!) I drive all over the Granite State, which means I go somewhere different every day. Plus, even though they don't pay me what I'm worth, I have bent them into a schedule that allows for me to be an at home dad for my two girls a couple of days a week. I probably would hate being a desk jockey anyway. I live in a state with almost no knife restrictions either, so I get to carry whatever I want and take my 9 with me everywhere I go. Sometimes, I even get the fringe benefit of installing in a knife shop that will be opening up soon....got to play with a couple of really expensive folders the other day, and they will be carrying Ka-Bars...

For the past 14 years my occupation is router operator for a major door and timber company here down under. I use a computer controlled router to cut window holes and patterns in doors of all sizes. We're getting a new machine in so I'm going to be learning a new system soon, but I'm one of the only people who can operate all the different routers (there are 10 different machines and they are all programmed differently because they all do different door types). It's a livin' :)

I am a Linux admin for the best place on earth, Rackspace hosting! (I drank the kool-aid and never looked back) I work nights, so between tickets for adding users, deleting files, and restarting websites, I browse the forums. I'm not a Beckerhead yet, but I'm working on it!

I do own several of the Becker line (BK2, BK9, BK11, BK14) and love them. I don't get nearly enough dirt time though.

I am welder at a small farm implement manufacturer.
Most of the time I operate and program robotic welders, and train all the new guys on the robots.

Application support and engineering for a virtual data room provider. Part time, I teach martial arts and work security.

Im an ordained minister/priest (what ever title is appropriate in english) in The Church of Norway. I serve as a vicar for a few congregations in the northernmost part of Norway.

I'm laid off, and looking like I don't have a job to go back to. I'm not tripping though, I hated the place anyways. :D

Party's over fellas!:D

nah, party on. Our Lord had a taste for both good company, excellent wine, and He saw the need for a large blade.

Luke 22:36

36 He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one."

Um, winning!

36 He said to them, “But now if you have a patrol pack, take it, and also a becker field bag; and if you don’t have a BK9, sell your coat and buy one."
How it would've played out today ;)

Back on topic. I'm in the construction business. More specificaly sealing. Other people build the house, i come in and work my magic to make sure the f00ker doesn't leak or look like a wet turd.

Retired 7/1/12. I was a hospital based dentist/department chief/ General Practice Residency director. Now it is back to hunting, fishing, archery, shooting, tomahawks and knives. Oh, I forgot...drinking beer and grilling on the patio. If I have any spare time, 10 or 15 minutes to the honeydo list.
