Woot! 2 days in a row! 2000m in the pool this am - then spent the afternoon hanging with Jim Bensinger at the Manchester gun & knife show. He makes some really nice handling blades. Plus, lots of funny stories.

MYB: 5+75.6=80.6

2000m swim this morning; shot about a 90+ arrows this afternoon. Weather is freaking unbelievable here for Feb. I was shooting in shorts and a t-shirt....

MYB: 5+80.6=85.6. Doesn't look like I'm going to make 100, and I definitely won't be doing 100 pushups. At least I don't think I've gained any weight...
 
Myb: +1 = 112.5 - 20 min of yoga before breakfast to stretch and loosen up
Bsp: +1= 90 - 200 push-ups for the pump! Go go vacation!

myb: +4 = 116.5 - went for a 4 mile run this morning. Love it down here! the warm air gives me energy. So different then running back home! everybody you run by waves and acknowledges you! at home if I wave or say 'good morning' to people; they look the other way and pretend not to hear you. The common curtsey and manors that are lost back home that still live here are so refreshing.
bsp: +1 = 90 a few lunges and squats. not a bad way to end the month!

You can tell by the bags under my eyes that I have been feeling pretty bleh. But I'm trying hard to turn that around. I am going to try and focus on form and getting my arms to 90 degrees for the next few weeks. That and I need to stop bobbing my head and wiggling around in general. Pushups are hard dang it! lol.
 
Great progress! Keep up the good work. Isn't that more than you were able to do of knee pushups in your initial test? Very good stuff (and you inspired me to check in, since I haven't done a max test of pushups in months).

this vacation... slacking so hard....I mapped out my running route, but so much other stuff to do! I also need to get back on my diet when I get back. Waaaay too much indulgence in some beverages that up my sugar a ton lol.
