Took the creek boats out for their maiden voyage today behind the house.

Ran into a few lily pads...

Got hungry, so we took out at a nice looking spot..

..and found a hell of a location for a throwdown. This place is screaming for a big camp out.

Passed this on the way out of the wildlife management area too. Might not be a bad dove field this fall..

AC7W as a short term solution, you might pick up a window unit or 2 -- something suitable for a bedroom can be found under $125 new.

I have a small portable ac that I just setup in the bedroom so I can sleep today. A relative also told me last night that he has a small window ac that I can use if I need it. Only problem is my windows open to the side and not up, so most window ac's don't work. I used to have an old one that worked really well and fit, but the darn thing leaked all its freon out one winter in storage. Should have a new unit hooked up outside Thursday or Friday.

Trade, really love the pics you post. Its inspiring me to get a canoe sometime later this summer if I can manage it. We have a huge lake here with lots of trees underwater and hundreds of miles of shoreline that would be fun to explore.

Looks like this will be the summer we finally get a set of Kayaks. We live right on Lake Michigan, so I have not idea why we have waited so long.
