Beer talk

Summer = Warsteiner Dark or light or Franziskaner weissbier
Fall = Spaten or Warsteiner Octoberfest (Spaten next to me at the moment)
Winter = Spaten Optimator (dark, thick, yummy)

Throw in the occasional Sam Adams or the like for good measure.

tonight I had Green Flash Saison summer what, Firestone Walker porter, and Stone Double Bastard!!!! WOW!! the DB is more like drinking a mellow rum or maybe brandy, it is amazing!

This afternoon having a very nice IPA from Boulevard, Double Wide I.P.A., 750ml, 8.5% ABV, highly recommended. Will go great with the steak/brat's grilling up.

Second brew for the day. A Tyranena Stone Tepee Pale Ale, 12oz., 5.75% ABV, very tasty.

Not a huge beer fan, I prefer whiskey/bourbon.

I do like a good stout - Guinness, Sam Smiths Oatmeal, Mackeson, and Bells Expedition.

Wexford Cream Ale and Caffreys Irish Ale are also good.

I'm on antibiotics for another week or so- you guys are killing me here...
Time to catch up w/ my pal Scott & fire up his brewkettle. He makes an ale that would make a priest kick in a stained-glass window.

The wife came home with two 6 packs of O-fests. New Glarus Staghorn and Sam Adams I'm going to have one of each. :)

That New Glarus should be pretty good, I've had quite a few from them and have not been disappointed yet, enjoy!

Another brew tonight, Tyranena Three Beaches Honey Blonde, pretty tasty. 12oz, ABV ?
