Well, to be fair, a Bone Collector is very differnt in feel than a Grip, it has full liners, and highly machined G-10 scales. It is a very solid feeling knife IMO.

You're right...its a g10 presidio with a thumb hole...Either way, it's a fairly entry level knife in Benchmade's line up, and not one that will necessarily convince someone who has already thumbed their nose at the presidio.
 
ok talking like this and not using any punctuation and capitalization or grammar and putting periods. everywhere really. is annoying.
Capitalize, use punctuation, and put a space after your periods. It really makes it much nicer to read.

Hey here's a thought. If you don't like Benchmades then don't buy them. That leaves more for me! ;)
 
I got a 556 Mini Grip as part of a trade a couple of years ago. Even though I have nicer and more appealing knives, that Mini Grip finds itself as my edc very often; it is just such a competent knife. I would like to tart it up with some custom scales sometime though, but $$$.
 
I saw what ANkerson put a Griptillian through, I'm sold on their durability. I think he stood one one as well.

While I am not all that enthusiastic on new designs from BM, I still think they make a great knife. I own three Benchmades, a 710 with 154CM steel, a Ritter Griptilian and a 53 balisong. I would like to see a longer 53, but we already have that, the Bradley Mayhem. I would like to see the 707 blade shape on a bigger frame, like the 710. I would like to see the Ritter grip, well, all Grips, be available with G10 scales. Poor F&F though, nope.

Yeah i thought it was a bone collector, but i was looking at the wrong knife. Instead of the bone collector i ordered a Gerber Gator. Boy am i re leaved
