bereavement: DaveH passed away

Elizabeth, I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. 44 is far too young. Believe me, I understand the anger, sorrow, emptiness and sense of loss you are going through. Dave "talked" with me here on dog issues, and I hoped that I helped him. Dave was well respected here, and his loss is great. I hope that you can find the peace that you and yours will need.

Although I did not know DaveH personally, I enjoyed reading his posts and from them I got a glimpse of what a good person he was. I know that he will be missed dearly by all who had the honor of knowing him.

I am truly sorry to hear this. As has been said- Dave was a very valued member here and a friend to all. Words can not express the sorrow I feel.:(

I'm sorry for your loss. I didn't know Dave personally, but he was always a steady, mature presence around here, and I'll miss him.
