• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Besides CPK knives, whaddaya like?

I think what this needs now is a snazzy sheath from Lorien Lorien with plenty of copper rivets...

Its from one of our makers, Gollik (the larger one on the right). I don't have enough mileage on it yet to comment on performance.

I should have recognized it! The Sleipner I had in the Lionsteels was good stuff. I wasn't displeased with it at all, except I was hoping it would be really toothy like some good D2 and it wasn't. That's not a knock on the steel though, just an observation from use. I remember it accepted a really hair-popping edge, a very pleasant steel actually.

Nice !

Not a steel expert, but Sleipner has much less chrome than D2. Looks more like ingot 3V or Cruwear. Anyways, time will tell .... Thanks for sharing,

Roland.

I went completely nuts trading and selling during my paternity leave (long nights, no sleep) and came away with a very different bunch of knives. I’ll get some pics here soon. Tell you what, people really want HDFKs. Even the slightest mention of mine got me multiple unsolicited DMs. It’s crazy.
