Finished a couple Kephart-like pieces in Magnacut at 63 HRC. Just need sharpening. They have some very specific design parameters, so I can't wait to see if they perform as well as I hope.

Beautiful ! Since I've seen you cooking .... the way I look at it is that it has pronounced belly, but can also be used to fillet - say - a beef rack.

The original pattern is the late Tony Bose's "Lanny's Clip". This is a custom piece by Enrique based on Tony's work.
