Besides CPK knives, whaddaya like?

Your work seems first class to me. I'd have one of your "uglies" in my collection anytime. (Not intended as a suggestion, simply an endorsement of what I've seen of your work.)
Thanks! I don't have a full copy of the magazine yet so I don't know what the Uglies article is all about, but I thought it was funny.

Count me as another big fan of the @Redmeadow Knives Cowbells. The spearpoint blade is my favorite.

John Conner is a part time maker at this point. It is best to go to his sub-forum and sign-up for his newsletter to get advance info on upcoming releases. It is worth the effort to get one of these. Not only is his fit and finish work on the knives excellent, his sheaths are awesome too.

Thanks Phil! I like the look of the spearpoint best as well. I saw where he had made at least one in blue denim which is a favorite of mine. Both of those look great but the one on the left is most excellent. Thanks again!

Comprehensivist Comprehensivist that lock with the clock face dial on it is sweet! What the heck is it and how does it work?

Thanks for the comment. My in-laws were frequent travelers who picked up interesting or unusual antiques wherever they went. The old locks were one of their themes. The one you are asking about is some type of early combination lock. The brass dial doesn't turn now because of some gunk between it and the lock face plate. I am reluctant to try to clean it and possibly ruin the patina that gives it character. I thought the variation in lock designs would make a nice background contrasting old world craftsmanship to a talented maker's work today.

That’s so cool and definitely something that I’d try and bring home myself if I saw it in an antique store somewhere, it’s got an awesome look to it 😍
