This is a piece I owned for quite some time, but it a couple years ago eventually found it's way to a colllector that wanted it even more than I. Another one of those "I shouldna sold it, damit" pieces. There may not be any engraving or gold inlay, but I would challenge any maker alive to duplicate it's quality, fit and finish. Elephant ivory, 440-C, either 1/2" or 5/8" stock, I can't quite remember, but one big, heavy MF:

My favorite folders from GTC. Gus's attention to details is one of the best out there.

The whole knife is beautifully elegant but i can't stop looking at that absolutely delightful blade. Lost for words here - gorgeous.

I used to have a near perfect Spirograph blade on a unique graphic Sebenza 21. One of the nicer patterns. I like how he integrated a belt cutter into the handle on the one Don, very cool. What kinda use do those ones see?

Justin, these are family heirloom safe queens [emoji16] I cannot put myself to use them. Should have told Gus to skip the HT on these [emoji12]

You better get the polishing cloth out and do away with those finger prints before you are forced to use them because they are oxidized differently!

Maybe it is already too late. At this point you are best to send one to me for a spa treatment. Sorry for the bad news Don!

Curt Erickson's "Roman Dagger" circa 1988. The first Erickson ever engraved by the then Julie Warenski. Overall length 11 1/2", blade (6 1/2") of 0-1 tool steel, fittings hot blued gun metal. Fully carved handle of elephant ivory with accompanying pommel cap.

Ahhh there it is. Julie is really, really good.

If I live to be old and gray, and the zombies have not marched, I will have to get something she has done.

Justin, at a minimum you should pick up Dr David Darom's "The Art Knives & Knife Engraving of Julie-Warenski Erickson". It shows not just images, but techniques used, commentary and so much more.

this is pretty much my favourite 'knife'- The North Sword, made by Dan Keffeler to my spec;

pretty damn sharp

You guys should make a collab with Dan Keffler to make a regular run of the north sword !
I would buy two: one for each hand
