Those are awesome Tony...It was between that and my D2 green para when I made the choice... I wish I knew you had one... I chose the spydie because I didnt know anyone to ask about the Bladetech...
Al Mar Mini S.E.R.E 2000 is great I think. Held the full size but havn't used it, but I'm sure it would work.
I was a folder collector for many years- I have most of the major blades from the major manufacturers, going back to the early 90's. For me, the best folder, indoors or out, is Chris Reeve's Sebenza. Nothing else even comes close. Since I started carrying my small Sebenza, I haven't been interested in buying anything else. It's perfect.
It´s old and scratched ,no blade finish left, still got many years of service left in it,1234 Great looking older model..
J,
I have the Spyderco millitary ACU PE I have yet to pull it from it's box(sad NIB and 4-6 months old)...to me and MHO if I am carry a knife this large I opt for a Fix blade.. The Blade Tech is perfect for me,love the jimping on the Spine in 3 different locations for my fire steel...![]()
An opinel is good outdoor folder.
It is cheap, sharp, reasonably tough and the locking system is probably among the most secure on market.
Main problem is the handle tending to swell in the long term in wet weather.
