Best knife from this list

Japanese stone.
The how is the B1 steel?

I can buy one of those:
Manix2 S110V
Manix2 Lightweight with B1
PM2 S30V

In terms of steel which one is the best?

I'd get the Manix 2 LW in S110v. BD-1 is easy to sharpen, but you'll be doing it often.

S110V has the greatest edge holding (which also means a bigger pain in the neck to sharpen). S30V is a good balance in between the two, with good edge holding and decent ease of sharpening. BD1 is a mid range steel which is really easy to get a very nice fine edge but would not hold it that long, its a pretty decent steel.
My pick would be S30V unless you have good confidence in your sharpening skls to tackle S110V. It's also as ive said, the most well balanced of the 3.

so S30V
now I just need to choose between PM2 and Manix2, I want to go with the Manix2 but I like to play with my knifes (open and closing) and I heard that the PM2 is more fun to play with.

The PM2's compression lock is smoother than the Manix's ball bearing lock so yup. Also the Pm2 is slimmer is the pocket so you might like that, the maxis is pretty wide.

So what are the Cons of the Manix over the PM2?

Personally I would go for the PM2. IMO it is by far the best knife on the list. Nice and lightweight, great cutter, great ergos, just need to be careful not to pry with the tip!.

Well on that its a larger package overall. The ball bearing lock is smooth ,but not as smooth as the compression lock. Also the FRN plastic handles or whatever spyderco calls them, might not be of everyone's taste.

Which knife and hold edge better ? PM2 or Manix2?

Which knife and hold edge better ? PM2 or Manix2?
The base PM2 hold a better edge than the base manix to lightweight (S30V vs BD1). Base manix G10 is on par with base pm2 (S30V vs S30V). S110V Manix holds the edge better than a base PM2 s30v. However there is S110V PM2 aswell.

If you are just starting out it might be best to go with something easy to sharpen?
All the knives even in basic form come with quality steel which will do you right. Personally I'd go for the s30V para.

The HK Axis is not fun to play with?
The para2 is heavier than the Manix?

Axis lock is fun to play with too, but if it were me I'd go with Benchmade rather than HK. Manix 2 lightweight BD-1 is lighter than PM2 but between the two steels, I pick S30V all day and everyday over BD-1 even if there is a price difference (I have both knives so I know what I am talking about). Plus, PM2 is really not that heavy, which I categorize into my light folders group.
