Thing is, if someone starts a new one for the same topic, invariably they get told "use the search function", so no harm in bringing it up - especially since new knives come out all the time.![]()

it's thin, it came mirror polished and zero grinded (or scandi grind)! Almost to sharp to use..![]()

Sharp does not equal slicing ability. First time I've ever heard a scandi grind recommended for slicing.
