Many thanks to StoneBeard for recommending this Saison to me. It's delicious.

Nice one, Greg! I've had that Saison a few times myself, it's good stuff.

Nothing too exciting for me tonight, just some sweet tea and a little Ebony #14.

You are very welcome Greg. I am really happy that you enjoyed it. Dupont is a great saison. I tried this one a few nights ago. It's a classic saison recipe with the addition of wine must which in this case is just unfermented Pinot Noir grape juice. I'm guessing it was added before the beer was fermented which essentially would make it a beer and wine mix that was fermented with a saison yeast strain... Apologies if that makes no sense. Either way it was reasonably priced, mild and very drinkable.

Thanks Greg, the Grinling has been outstanding and I feel fortunate to be able to enjoy it.

Blackhouse coffe stout on nitro-

That looks lush!

At the end of a long day, I'm polishing off a bottle that needs finishing. I keep going back to this one for a few reasons but mainly because it tastes great. One of my top ten drams.

This knife arrived last night, just in time for beer while grilling dinner. The cap lifter will need some work though. The shape is horrible for opening up Saranac Brewery bottles.
