Nice photo, makes a good size reference for the Albers. Haven’t had that Sam Adams. I’m always concerned about the bitterness of the IPAs. “Beach Session” seems like it would be on the low side, what’s the IBU? Can’t quite make it out when I zoom in.Sitting in the garage, listening to the rain and Yacht Rock Radio, admiring my new Albers Fixed Blade, and having a nice summertime IPA. Nice end to a less than stellar week!

I honestly thought the fixed blades were bigger. I was pleasantly surprised. Not quite a pocket carry but definitely one I will carry and use.Nice photo, makes a good size reference for the Albers. That’s nice, 40 is about my limit for a summertime beer. This is an old photo, guess I need to get some Beach Session IPA!I honestly thought the fixed blades were bigger. I was pleasantly surprised. Not quite a pocket carry but definitely one I will carry and use.
the Sams is only 30 IBUs - very drinkable, no bitter beer face. They have a nice summer sampler out now. My wife likes the Summer Ale and I get the rest.![]()
