Had a frozen margarita with lunch yesterday. Not the sort of thing I usually go for, but hey, it was pretty good.
After that we went to a couple local breweries. The first was New Province Brewing in Bentonville, AR. I’ve only been once before, when they first opened a few years ago. I got a flight so I could try a few different things. Left to right was a dry-hopped session ale, a Belgian Wit, an IPA and a pink lemonade sour ale. That last one is just as weird as it sounds!

The rest were ok, but nothing spectacular.
I also tried a small sample of a bourbon barrel aged stout they had. Again, not bad, but nothing to write home about.
Next we went to Rendezvous Junction Brewing Co. in Rogers, AR. These guys brew some pretty solid beers. I had their Doppelbock.
And a hazy APA made with Citra hops that was probably my favorite beer of the day.
