Beverages and Blades - Traditional of Course

I'm visiting Michigan's Upper Peninsula this week and have been drinking a local beverage.

The Red Jacket is the brewery's Oktoberfest (but I think it's available year-round); the Widow Maker is a black ale. I consider both to be very tasty!

Sorry, don't have a photo, but I just wanted to say that I tried Johnny Walker Blue Label at my son's friend's house (his dad and I get on like brothers :) ). I have never, ever, ever tasted something that delicious.

I drink maybe 6-12 drinks per year, just not a drinker, but this stuff makes me want to pickle my liver. Good God, it's the GEC of whiskey. I hope all of you get a chance to try it.
