………tell my wife that often, but am also getting rumbled too often

After a few more sips of the Chattanooga 99, I’m happy that I bought it. I’m not really the kind of guy that picks up on all the subtle nuances like some of the reviewers do but I like it. It tastes like I expect a good Rye to taste. Those look yummy, Rick, I'm very much a Rye Guy!
Awesome stag in that Svord, did you do that yourself?View attachment 2999763
We all know the hazards of interracial diplomacy. Lord knows I've done my bit to bolster Aus/NZ relations....but these guys have hit it for six( knocked it out of the park)..Mountain Culture ..Katoomba NSW and Garage Project Wellington NZ.
Collaboration and it's good
……….. very nice.!I am mostly a Bourbon guy but I’ve been wanting some Rye here lately. I picked up these two bottles recently. Both are new to me. I’m sipping the Chattanooga 99 Malted Rye tonight.
So far, I like the Chattanooga. The palate is quite a bit different than the nose which I’m finding to be a good thing.
The knife is a Boker Boy Scout which is the smallest model in the Boker Scout trio.

I worry about making a mistake also but it’s way in the back of my mind. I have found that I like almost all whiskies at least enough to finish the bottle. I have only dumped one bottle down the drain because I just couldn’t enjoy it and that was well over a decade ago.……….. very nice.!
Would love to try some - gonna have to find a place in UK where I can try ‘em all out, rather than buying a bottle and making a mistake
………great photo too
