It's Rhubarb, sugar and vodka. Then it sits in the basement for six weeks. When it's ready, it's really nice to have in the freezer on those hot summer nights.

This beer is oaky and super carbonated. It's got bubbles coming off the bottom like champagne. I was expecting more funk, but I'm not disappointed by it. The ever present (in the kitchen) Oak Beer Scout got the nod again. I need to pull out my Case Beer Trapper...

I've succumbed to the siren song of the old Camillus scout knives that Buzz keeps posting. This arrived today. The cap lifter got its first workout soon after the package was opened.
