BEWARE 91xlt

That was as trollish as a troll who was trolling could write. As a retired CEO of one of the largest exporters of bullshit I KNOW when a trolling troll has chucked his trolling net out and begins his troll!!
As CEO, my company does well and as the owner I am absolutely full of bullshit. Therefore when someone blames Customs for all their woes I shake my head since I have never had one problem getting my bullshit out to the world. :D

And that's no shit!!!!

Update:

Parcel has been returned to me at my expense.Showed up out of the blue exactly as it left my hands other than having the received into US customs label on it stating received by them on the 9/2/09.

You have no idea what you are talking about,I rang paypal and asked them to refund your money in full, the email that you posted is the standard one generated by them. The investigation has stopped because i rang them and told them the item has been returned to me,if i hadn't the investigation would be continuing. They are deducting the money from credit card, once payment clears into the paypal account they will send the refund on to you.
If there is no money in my paypal account they can't send it to you, pretty simple really.

Like a gentleman who agreed to the conditions of sale in the thread, then completely disregarded them and filed a paypal dispute for non-delivery of item, knowing full well the item was being held by US customs and had been for at least 3 weeks.

this is an out and out LIE!!!!

Hello Jeffrey Kennedy,

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I am contacting you to let you know that the seller has initiated a
refund to you in the amount of $190.00 for the claim that you had with
him, the decision was not made by PayPal. I do apologize for any
frustration this may have caused you.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Maybe the answer here is obvious to everyone and I just missed it, but:

Has anyone noticed that everytime SteelWhore posts there's a BIG image in his sigline that says "DownUnder Razorbacks?"

I'm just saying that it seems pretty obvious to me he's from
"Down Under." Couple that with the text in Steel's sales thread...which I've seen numerous times...and I have trouble believing anyone could NOT know he was outside the US. Unless, that is, the person reading is not paying attention to the details.

Maybe that should be the lesson here: pay attention to the details when doing business. Terms should be either clearly stated, or discussed at length via PM, where copies can be kept for posterity.

STEELWHORE, I think you itrader reputation stands on its own, amigo. I'm very happy that you received your product back, even if it was on your dime. I hope this one shitty deal doesn't sour you on dealing with other international hogs. Personally, I would deal with you without hesitation.

well this mess is heading to an end finally.

it has NOT been a very good experience for me!

all that needed to be done was the sender file for an investigation of what the delay was...that's it!

mr. whore got her paties all in a bind, and pointed to his jailhouse lawyer disclaimer, (which if you read his current one is comical btw.)

i had never acussed the whore of wrong doing, and only asked him for assistance, since the investigation cannot be innitiated by the receiver of pkg.

when i continuosly got replies of it's my problem NOT his, i was forced to go the route i did. then even after all her B.S, when the item was sent back to shipper...when i was notified of this, i sent an email, asking if any explanation was given, and how much it had costed, as i offered to split the shipping charges/expences to date, as i had not blamed him, just one of those things...

well, after i log into BF and had a pm stating knife was returned to him, and i was to go f... myself, i read the post he made stating the dinero had been refunded. well at that point i sent a pm to her, and asked when i could expect pmt returned as pp had sent me info stating they tried to collect and thus far where unable to.
at the reciept of the reply from the whore, saying she had done her part, ask them and f... off, i made my post.

well i have indeed received my refund, thank you mr. whore, in the future a little bit of class and courtesy could save you a ton of panty binding whining and screaming.

so as the title of this thread is beware of 91xlt...i will concur, please beware i DO expect you to see a deal thru.
i read the jailhouse lawyer disclaimer in mr. whores thread, and figured it was to protect him from those trying to bone him, not him trying to do the boning...i was wrong.

now, as i said earlier in this thread, if things go picture perfect, i figure you will not have any problem with mr. whore...but if a bump in the road occurs, you better have your "t's" crossed and your "i's" dotted, or you absolutely stand a really good chance of being boned!

You get courtesy when you show courtesy, you sir do not! Referring to a person with a shortened form of their name (a derogatory one at that) is unacceptable and is NOT professional courtesy. It seems as if the only one that got their panties in a bunch was you.

You got your money back, he got his knife back.

Unfortunately many companies have wording very similar, and once its is FOB Shipping the sale is complete and you are the considered the owner and its your responsibility to handle any and all issues that may arise. Such wording is considered legally binding and will be enforced.

They were crossed and dotted, you just decided to ignore them when things didn't go your way. The wording in for sale thread left nothing to doubt. It was exceptionally clear.

I wouldn't have a second thought about dealing with STEELWHORE. He is a man of honour. He took care of the problem that you left totally up to him. Next time don't purchase anything where the conditions set out are not something you will be willing to live up to if things don't go smoothly.

I think we have another nomination for the Phucktard list.

I believe that STEELWHORE did everything to the best of his ability, once something is siezed by customs there isn't much that either party can do. I have been fortunate when shipping internationally and have had excellent transactions with good people on this forum. They understand that things usually take damn near half a month to get an Express international package when things run smoothly, I repeat 10-15 days when things run smoothly.

91xlt, you are lucky that the refund was able to be placed. When I sell things there is a no refund policy unless the item shipped isn't the correct one specified. In addition, after the disclaimer and long wait time, even I would have used the money for something else as the deal would have been done and over with.

I'm sure things could have run a bit more smoothly between the two of you, but in the end STEELWHORE is the one that got the shitty end of the stick. Yes, you both lost out on time and waiting, but you have your money back and STEELWHORE is out that much that he was expecting to have in his pocket. There are very few refunds that I've done, 2 or 3 that I can remember, and each one of those left the customer happy but with me in a deeper hole since I expected to have that money on standby.

Just my .02, I wish the best for both of you, take care, J.

when i continuosly got replies of it's my problem NOT his, i was forced to go the route i did.

Wrong: you were continuously told i would do what i could through my post office but your customs were your problem,a stance also shared by the post office, and conditions agreed to when you purchased the knife.

well, after i log into BF and had a pm stating knife was returned to him, and i was to go f... myself,

Wrong: you were told the knife had been returned to me at my expense and a full refund was being issued through paypal, then i told you to go fuck yourself.

well i have indeed received my refund,

Yes,you have your refund, just as i said you would when the knife was returned to me.

Hmmmm...... looks like it was me who initiated the payment.:jerkit::jerkit::jerkit::jerkit::jerkit:

Is this deal sorted out?

Has the refund been received?

Let's dispense with the schoolyard name calling, et al, and get this sorted out immediately.

Also, stop reporting this thread. We are NOT going to edit, or otherwise do anything at this time. We allow a great amount of latitude in this forum, and you are expected to work out your differences like adults.

refund has been received, i personally will not post here after this.

i will take a minute to appologize for some of my behavior/wording in this thread:foot:

usps tells me even though it's enroute to me, i have not received it and therefore it's not "mine" so shipper needs to contact either customs or his local post service.

Unfortunately this is true. Unless the recepient gets customs notification there is nothing he can do. The package is "owned" by the sender until delivered. The post office claim should have been filed a bit sooner but I still think STEELWHORE handled the situation a lot better.
