Not really but the buyers did need to know exactly what was going on. The receiver of the pay pal funds for sure needed to know exactly what you were doing. The pay pal disputes could have his account locked up for a good little while. I do know some disputes fixed or not takes at least 30 days to come off. I had a scammer on ebay tie mine up like that.

There were no lies! Everyone just had to wait till Monday when it all shipped! I've done this something before and alot of times! This guy is just mad cuz he walked on the deal cuz he couldn't get his PayPal to work and he said he found something else he liked better well I guess it worked and he wanted not only the knife now but all my gun stuff and I said hell no and this is where I am now! I can't find the info for the other guy cuz I deleted it today by accedent or I'd ship him the item he wanted.....but on Monday like I told everyone I would do! What do you people not get about I'll ship Monday ? Is it monday NO....so why you bash me before Monday I don't get it?

What you don't get is that you have absolutely no right to use another members paypal account for your own purposes without their knowledge or consent, especially after that person was gracious enough to hold items for you.

Agree. FNA Lazy get a damn PP account. Problem solved. Otherwise expect more of this. It gets to messy otherwise brotha. I could see it working in therory but am on the others side as well. Most people buy here as business and this to most people = shady dealings.

My excuse is loosen up people! I used his PayPal to get him paid and I screwed up I guess ?But there is a ton of yall who do this too....and just because I didn't give this guy all my gear for guns too and he walks and then changes his mind the next day isn't my fault .....if you buy in to his story I feel sorry for you.

Lazy otter you told me you would ship it Saturday morning, then I contacted you Saturday afternoon asking how the shipping went since you were shipping it to me in Canada and you responded with "Well it was gonna be shipped but the guy you sent the money too now has an issue! So unless you can fix it I can't ship it ! It's here boxed up but you gotta talk to the guy and fix this. You know this isn't all my fault so let's be men say we are sorry and get this deal done! I had so many txts and phone calls I can't keep up with a knife sale all the time." I responded inquiring about the issue and never heard back from you. I don't like posting this openly and would have much rather resolved this directly with you but you still have not responded to me through email and my money had already been sent.

Just wondering Nick , why no pp account?
I sent a PM to one of our Moderator's last night, telling of my experiences with a 2 of the member's involved here (Clanton, & Lazy Otter). I really didn't want to comment in this thread, but this has really been a difficult GBU thread for me to read; as it's been evolving. When you've interacted with some of your fellow BF brother's on a personal level, it makes these type of situations even more difficult...
With that said, I felt the need to add:
BF member Clanton, (Ron), is a member whom I highly respect. We've done a few deals & they've all been very professional, honest, & enjoyable transactions. Ron, is a class act, & a very nice person.
BF member Lazy Otter (Nick), & I did a trade a couple of months back (a fairly high dollar value), & everything went smoothly. We also spoke on the phone, & the subject came up about our military service, & his difficulties adjusting to his post war injuries, and the toll it has taken on him & his family.
Nick; please try to focus on your life & your family. In the scope of life; knives, guns & material possessions just aren't worth this type of aggravation. While your intentions may have been noble, I feel that your actions here, were/are seriously wrong. I hope that you take some time, & reflect on this situation, & re-evaluate your perspective.
Best of luck to all. I'll keep you in my prayers, Nick. :thumbup:

You need to chill out, & go back & edit the unacceptable language that you're using in this thread. Please keep in mind that there are children, who are possibly reading this (I know- I've been guilty in the past of using a few choice words) . You're not helping your cause & I'm just trying to give you some friendly advice to please step away & deal with this situation with some dignity- please stop making this worse.

Thank you Kelama! I'd also like to point out that Clanton changed the price on the knives after I showed interest k2 was 150 then went too 220 and sazabo became 160 from 130 and he offered them both to me for $300 so I went for it then it became $330! So explain that?

This about sums it up......
You are creating issues for the buyers and Clanton.
The buyers lose PP protection on your sales.
Clanton is being bombarded with issues he should have nothing to do with.
No more room to argue about the validity of what little plan you put together because it's wrong on so many levels.
Clanton has refunded everyone. (I am hoping that he has washed his hands of whatever deal he made to hold whatever knife for you)
You need to start over with your OWN PP account, or another form of payment.

seeing 1st hand the effects of head injuries and ptsd over and over again, i understand that in lazy otters mind he didn't believe he was doing anything shady. otter, you need to understand that buy not being forward/honest with how this deal was going to be fulfilled (clanton has already stated you lied about where the funds were coming from), it makes you look really bad. the 3 way deal (or7) only works if all people are aware and accepting of the deal. it doesn't matter if you intended on shipping the goods out tomorrow, you put people in a situation (all it took was one person to dispute the sale) that you could not control and it would be left to everyone else having to deal with members they never made a deal with. i hope you understand this.
also, all this grammar and spelling police in here need to get a life and not worry bout why others may have troubles with such. pointing out these flaws only makes you look like a stuck up lil bitch...peace
