How is it possible for PayPal to rule in your favor when it was not you that sent money but rather T The Shatz that sent you money ????

I was just about to ship.. saw that the payment said needs attention! I've never seen anything like this and messaged Shatz could he get back to me as I didn't know know what it meant? He said something doesn’t smell right here looks like it went through! If you claimed it send me a refund it not on my end if there’s a problem and filed a dispute!! And posted this Forum!!
Not a lot I could do whilst on the road at the time! Total misunderstanding!!
