Igor rushed here to tell I'm a liar. I've just known he lied about shipping costs. I will post photos as soon as I guess how.

I have dealt with Igor numerous times, never a problem and a great guy. 1.Produce pictures of the knife to prove your claims 2. How did he charge too much for shipping? . 3. Produce your evidence here so we can all see it. As it sits right now you are a new registerd member with what? 8 posts, no feedback, and you are making serious claims against a Bladeforums member with a long and honourable track record. I gotta be honest, something dont smell kosher in Spain.

Good for you, but I could say things smell rotten in Canada... at least in Hamilton. I have the pictures, just need to post here.

Let's begin with he lied about shipping costs... that doesn't bother me at all. He sold as NIB a knife re-sharpened and dirty, so what's up if he was fair with you? What's up if I'm new here? You all came here as veterans? I don't think so, I'm just trying to tell what happened. If he had sold that knife as used it wouldn't mind at all, but he didn't.

What's more, he says I'm a liar and the first thing he does is telling he lied about shipping costs... what's next?

You keep threatening to post pictures in this and the other thread. Upload your pictures to Photobucket and post them here. It should take you all of about 5 minutes.

Please be patient as I had to create my account and resize photos from 10MP... the first one is in the other thread. I will continue here.

Sorry guys for not posting images directly, I'm rushing and need to calm down a little in order to do it... Thank you very much to those posting them.

Hard to be 100% sure from that picture alone, but it does look like that edge has been touched up.
I have dealt with nirvanero recently and so far so good.

It would be easier to tell in person, but I agree that edge doesn't look factory to me. And, the rust spots are clear in the other picture. If I had paid $395 for that knife, I would be extremely unhappy.

And how would you feel if apart of extremely unhappy he starts a post saying beware of "you"? This is just evil, i don't know how he could think I was going to consider that NIB...

That looks bad. For S90V to act like that it must have been exposed to some sort of chemicals...

that grind does look a bit suspect, Ive not always been 100% happy with my spyderco grinds, 9 out of 10 times I am though. My S90V came to me NIB and it was not very sharp like most of my spyderco out of the box, good grind though.

Is that dirt(it looks worse than my user) I have a hard time believing thats in the steel. How about the inside of the handle, any significant lint or whatnot in there like this?

This is what Igor Synayuk thinks about a NIB... and even dares to tell everybody I'm a liar, wow.

Now it's as easy as saying this is not his knife or maybe during the shipping someone tortured the blade and then re-sharpened it.

It was dirty as some kind of used motor oil, not dust. After applying some WD-40 you can see a bronce patina in that section.

Mine seemed to aquire little rust spot easily just after carrying it a few times (very light use) and I also have that bronze though I like to think I take good care of my knife. Id bet some NIB ones out there also have it (that part of steel doesnt get the high polish)

Maybe it is "NIB", either way, it has flaws that were not mentioned. If someone is willing to use those 3 magic letters, then they should also expect someone to get upset when they see flaws on that knife that were not mentioned. If I paid a premium, about $400 total, Id want either all of my $ back(not be out a cent) or get a partial refund. Thats me though. What sucks is the fact that International transit is so expensive, someone is gonna be out $. Not tryin to throw gas on the fire, good luck to the both of you. Over and out.

S90V seems to be great, but I bet it can't re-sharpen itself. Rust spots get off with some polishing, dirt gets off with some cloth... but a blade re-sharpened I think it's enough for saying this knife wasn't NIB.

I told him to refund me some money back as I had bought a used one, but he just opened a thread knowing I'm a rookie here... still didn't say if my photos are from other knife or is just a NIB knife what his eyes see.

 You are right on the money on this.

Wear on sides of clip, very tricky to shoot at with current light conditions:

This was a tricky one too, CF scales has an area as if it was exposed to some source of heat, I don't know:

Both are not easy to see, anyway I think this knife is not what Igor was telling in his post.

Roberto, remove the clip and see if there is some wear on the CF beneath. That's a sure sign of pocket-carry. BTW, that clip is unmistakeably used.
