BHQ M4 Shaman!?!

Man 325, what a steal. This sprint is nearing CRK prices.

I'd likely pick one up if that blade was black. The contrast between the jade and the black dlc is sick.
 
My gut feeling is that more limited runs of Shaman will be coming, and that's why I skipped this one (due to the g10 color). Would not be surprised if BHQ follows up with a DLC M4 jade g10 Shaman, which I will buy thanks to the color contrast.

This. At that price would rather snag a CRK in the f/s section...

This looked tempting and is no doubt a great knife, but I’m sticking with the Lil Shaman (Native) for now.

When the Cruwear/micarta is released, my “I don’t need a beefy folder” resolve will likely crumble. :cool:

Since we're making assumptions here, I might say that you clearly look like a Shabazzzz fanboi with that opening post. O_o See how that works? :eek: Not cool, is it? :p

Now with that out of the way, congrats on the knife. :cool: Where did I ever say I was upset about this? Nowhere, because I didn't. Yes, I said I was slightly annoyed. But upset? No, please, there's a HUGE difference between the two! I might be the only one speaking up about this here, but I can assure you, others elsewhere definitely agree with me. We've moved past this already, so let's drop it and let it go (again). ;)

A member of the Spyderco Collector's Club who has a YouTube channel was just talking about how the situation had upset him... Just thought that was interesting. Seems like more people are upset about this than I expected.

this was a 600 piece run right, when its a dealer exclusive?

is it 1200 pc. for the distributor exclusive?

I don't think they release that info....but between 600-1200 are figures I've heard in the past. BTW love you picture
 
Thanks for that image. Helps put the tip into perspective for me, which is the area I'm most concerned with in terms of a "beefed up" Spyderco blade. Not sure if I'm sold on the blade profile (yet).
