i have no desire to make knives, jerry does it just fine, i am a firm believer in leaving stuff to the folks that do it well....

i do however want to use a better steel in our tool an die work..... wich is why i wanted the metallurgist to have a look

yah, gets kinda tiring doesn't it. What they don't realize is that if they found out, anyone else can so it is no secret. They just did the work to find it. Anyone else that has INFI can do the same.

Funny, how people will email me wanting to know something and I give it freely and never say, it's a secret, I can't tell you. I guess that's about to change now.:p

If you don't have anything constructive to say, do me a favor and don't even bother posting a response. VTW adds alot to this forum and it seems that some members feel its okay to take shots at him for no reason. Like your post. And the a@@hole with no class who made a post dogging his mirror (How do you like that PC?).

He is a good member and I don't know if I am the only one that noticed, but he was gone for awhile and then he came back. I for one enjoy his contributions to this site and hope he stays around. But when people make inflamatory comments like yours, I wouldn't blame him if he disappears again. So do me a favor and don't berate the good members, save it for the trolls.

I think matteo thought that VTW was doing a Walkingman trick and was tired of this secret BS stuff as am I. VTW was not doing such as he pm'd me and did not even know about walkingmans thread.

though i do want jerry to make a custom battle mistress with this pattern impregnated into it.... as a homage to the great american art form ..... so you all know tin ceilings are a an authentic american artform and until the fifties existed in north america alone....

can you do that pattern to a little gold box I have. It is about 5 ft by 2.5 feet and about 2 feet high and has two cherubim facing each other on it's top.:thumbup:
