This Queen City model 82 (1925-1945) is a very handy knife with fish and fowl (and rabbits); the Queen Steel model 52 (1958-1960) has yet to cut fin, feather, fur or flesh, but it would handle them just fine, I believe (though I prefer a fixed blade for fish).

So cool. I have a couple Model 85 Finn/Trout Knives from the late 1950's (I think) that I need to dig out and add. That's a strikingly good looking knife, hamsco. Here is Queen 85. Very small and very sharp.
