Bitteroots!

Got my Bitteroot from TAD a couple days ago. This is exactly what I've been looking for in a neck knife. A job well done Rob. Very well done.

Thanks for the comments guys. Eric and I are working on a slimmer sheath. More on that as they become available.

The Talonite version exclusive to Bladeart is very very close. Blades are about ready and sheaths are being made. :)

These are just too cool. A very nice sized neck-knife with a Talonite version available. Cant wait till mine arrives! :D

I got a call from BladeArt yesterday that the Talonite Bitteroots were in. Now I just have to wait a few days for the mailman to bring it. :)

My Talonite Bitteroot arrived on Saturday. I love it! I may have finally found my perfect neck knife.

It is amazing how much hard work that little blade can do. And the two-finger-plus grip feels solid to me.

Great design and precise execution. Thanks, Rob!

P.S. The sheath that came with mine was outstanding too.

Well, what I meant was; are there still any left so that I can buy one! :)

Both TAD and Arizona Customs seem to be out of them. I would suggest you contact Rob directly and see if he still has some for sale. :)

Good luck!

Hello,
I was over at Arizona customs yesterday and they still had six. I'd go and look now to update that information, but my server has suddenly decided it doesn't like their page...

where are they located at ? website shows mailing address in Florida though with the name I though they were in Arizona ??

If they are in Arizona are they near or close to Phoenix or Prescott ?
I will be in that area next Monday for a few days...

When I said "over at" I meant the website. Now I'm just getting a "Server is not responding right now" message. I don't know where they physically are. Anyone else?

Still wondering where that CF pattern sheath came from, and why my knife didn't come with one like it, since that's what it's pictured with in the initial post, where orders are being solicited.
The more I think about it, the more it pisses me off.
That's what was advertised, what was expected, and that's what I want. IMO, you need to get your stuff straight, and let people know what they're getting before taking their money.

Rob is one of the coolest down to earth makers....ever try contacting him before you slammed him ??

Talonite Bitterroot arrived and had fun taking it for a sweaty run on the beach, just because I could. Nice to have something handy that doesn't need to be babied to keep it in good condition.
