Blade forum user names.

...J. Edgar Hoover's 'right hand man' in the Chicago office of the F.B.I. back in '34-'35...Mel took down most of the big name 'bad guys' of that period...Ma Barker's gang, 'Pretty boy' Floyd, 'Machine Gun' Kelly, John Dillinger and his 'gang', etc...

I currently work as a 'White hat', taking down the 'bad guys' fo' the 'gubmint'...So, I kinda figured it was appropriate...lol ;)

I went by 'D.B. Cooper' back in my 'chat room' days...when I was 'hiding out'....

Mine is just 'not my name' backwards. When I first started to browse here I didn't want to use my first name cause I'd already seen a couple people with that name and had, from experience, known it was common to confuse people with the same first name. Couldn't come up with anything cool spelled forward so it was a tie between mine and 'ignorance' or 'EC Narongi'. Don't know why but mixing up words backwards sometimes ends up looking like some interesting name so I stuck with it.

Used to play a MUD game, basically a text Role Playing Game, and they require me to use a medievel name, so I just made up this one.
Sometimes I follow it with a fake lastname, Gainsborough, taking from a character in another game.
It has been a while since I've touched any of those thing... I don't have time for games lately.

When I was doing my undergraduate degree in Philosophy, a student a year ahead of me called me Crayola one day, and it stuck. When I signed up for the forums, Crayola was fresh in my mind. As it turns out, I really like working with color on the knives I make, so the name is appropriate.

I have gotten some cool e-mail from people asking about Crayola the company! One was even in french, and at that moment I knew why I took french for 9 years in grade school.

Mine is not to difficult to figure out. I am from Hawaii. Lived here for 31 years. Next month I am moving to Oregon. Yes, I know, I am gonna freeze my butt off. So what should my new name be? Hawagone, Orewaii, Guess I better leave things as they are.

Ever hear of "Jameson" irish whiskey? THis was a favorite of mine in High School, and has been my nickname since 97.

When I was in school I wrote a crime prevention column for the Ohio State University student newspaper The Lantern from 1993-94. Someone called me "Safety Guy" and they began using it as my byline.

I came to like it, so I used it here.

Last name, first initial of first name: Ken Fisher. It's my logon name for the networks on my job, so I figured it would be easy to remember. So far it's worked

My first thought of a knife in its' most primitive, functional form was the prison variety "shiv", thus....

Mine comes from one of my favorite movies, "The Shootist". The creedo that John Wayne uses in it is something that I try and live by. The 16 is my badge number at work. I originally attached it because "shootist" was taken.

If you want to hear the creedo click here go down to the shootist and click on "I wont"

When I was setting my e-mail address up some other knife nut had already taken jackknife.:( I have other more original net-names, just kinda thought this one was appropriate for here.
