These are stamped Bladeforums. Seems like we should be able to discuss them. The exact reason why I’m always skeptical of Bladeforums
 
Read the back of the tube: " Scales of Sawcut Hemlock bone and lined Rat-Tail bolsters are distinguishing features"

The White Bone version was a later and strictly limited offshoot, given as presents or buyer by invitation only. NOT the Forum Knife.

All this tut tutting about people selling them comes across as a kind of moralistic voyeurism or possible sour-grapes, as Magizm7 Magizm7 pointed out it's not the Forum Knife and people are free to do what they like with them, thus people are free to cough up a large chunk of cash to get one if they so wish.

Bladeforum members voted and chose Sawcut Hemlock as the 2021 knife.
 
The 2021 Blade Forum Knife (not the white one) is my most watched knife on any selling platform hands down (still looking for my own 😉). I have to say I can't believe how many are getting sold. In my opinion being a barlow fan boy, I think it is one of the best barlows out there! I don't understand how so many individuals are giving them up. I can also say they sell for more than any other GEC on the market by ton!

A very true point for sure. Anyone struggling has to do what they have to do! Right now there is a market with buyers. It is scary to me to think about a market were there are no buyers to purchase the luxury items.

Stop buying over-priced knives and the prices will come down. Period.
Anybody that has paid significantly over retail price for a GEC is as guilty (or not guilty) as the people selling them.
If you've sold a GEC for more than the original retail price, stop pointing fingers, you're just as guilty (or not guilty) as they are.

This right here is Bladeforums at its finest. Let’s not forget what makes this platform so special. The process, the good folks, and the excellent knives. This is my favorite pocket knife and no amount of negative talk can take away from how fun the process was for me of selecting all the options for this knife and having it in hand now and making great memories with a fantastic tool in my pocket.

Manofcarbonsteel Manofcarbonsteel - Don't be so hasty to criticize ALL of Blade Forums. It's kinda like looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Some of us get cranky at times and moan and groan about nit-picky things and I will say that passing off a knife as a 2021 Blade Forums knife with handles other than the handles of the agreed upon Sawcut Hemlock bone is a bit misleading at best.

If you think Blade Forums is a sham and the overall good graces of the members of the Porch are phony, then return the 2021 Forum Knife you were gifted. You can request the name and USPS address of that gifter through Travis Travman Travman .

In case anyone is wondering, I'm the gifter and it pi--es me of royally when anyone cast a general pall over Blade Forums.

I wasn’t criticizing Bladeforums. I was just curious why the white one was off limits. I appreciate your good graces. I actually never knew who it came from. I’ll will send it back. Thank you again. Never knew of the white one until today.

No, just keep the knife. Just don't knock Blade Forums. There are some really great people here.
