Acronyms/abbreviations I had enough of those in the army half of them I never worked out and got in trouble for it.

Part one orders would be something like...

The AD to the CC will be inspecting the MT at 09.30 hrs,the the 2IC MTO to make sure the DLF is in place behind the WTF.
Kit and full CES inspection at 06.00 hrs by the DNTY who will then collect the AD to the CC from the HOLO and take him to the DTM for Coffee with the CO who will then show him DLF behind the WTF.

I had a cracked bone TC and they sat on it for 6 months only to tell me they were out of material and ended up just stabilizing.

Edit: looks like GEC was able to help him after all. Fingers crossed mine is ok when I get it!

As for next year, getting a SAK or Opinel personalised seems to be an inexpensive and hassle-free option

I'd buy one and treasure it forever.
It would be a knife for those who really knew the true meaning of what it stands for.
It's supposed to be about the community and not just the knife. Bring it on!

Yes it seems making the knife some hidden treasure brings out some of the worst in people. If we had a cool little SAK or opinel with “BladeForums 2022” on it, maybe along with a person’s forum handle? Useful, not something for treasure hunters. I think you guys are on to something.

Opinel inox garden knife is lovely.
It could be engraved and have a good quality leather sheath made for it.

Sorry this project turned into such a headache Thanks to @r8shell, mine is on its way across The Pond I think it's only the third BF Traditional forum knife I've purchased, negative issues aside, it looks like it might be the best of them all

I'm very sorry that you were exposed to all the negatives over the past few weeks.... In the end a knife has been designed, manufactured and distributed...... Without your efforts it wouldn't have been possible....
