BLADE SHOW ’08 – Show us what you got; Please!

I got to see some of what Jim Rodebaugh is bringing...amazing stuff. The boy has been busy and is bringing about 12 knives, including some folders (4 I think). He NEVER makes folders, but he showed me a warncliff (Sp?) with mamoth ivory scales that flows beautifully folded and unfolded; I believe he priced it at $1900. I don't know what has suddenly made him so productive, but he has been cranking out knives and filling orders, too. Naturally, he has still maintained the quality which he is famous for. Sorry, no pics...but I'm hoping that some kind soul will take some at the show and post them for the rest of our enjoyment.

Here are three pieces that I will have available at the show.....

I have four more knives on the bench that are in the final finish stage, and will have pics of them on my website within the next couple of days. Along with those I'll also have a couple of standard EBK IIs, and some Damascus Writing pens at the show.
The link to the Preview page on my site is: http://www.caffreyknives.net/Blade08preview.html

Look forward to seeing you there!

A couple more I just got done.

The first is one of my Boone's Lick Bowies with Curly Koa. It is a delivery.

The next is a small Utility with a 4 inch blade of 5160, bronze and Blackwood. It will be on my table.

Lin

Lin had a similar one in damascus at Jerry's show last year. Great little knife. Just the right size for a little pocket carry with the right sheath.

Thanks Kevin, I just took a peek at this one and it's also stunning. I like the simplicity of the one above and the larger blade. Lin's Stag Sendero design from the Fisk show looks amazing!

Beautiful folders AND fixed blades, Chuck. I love that stag / damascus piece.

Roger

Here's one more for delivery at Blade, 11 inches of W-2 with hamon, fittings of 416 s/s and Damascus, Stag taper.

John, that bowie is absolutely gorgeous. I hope I get to paw it before it gets delivered.

The new owner of that White is going to be very happy. Nice work John, I'm liking that killer swedge!
