Here's a high layer Twist blade in a fixed assembly with crushed Ws fittings and a stag handle.
Everything hot-blued.
"Bolted" together internally.

Karl - That hunter and the sum of all its elements makes for perfection IMHO. Anyone who appreciates a great hunter (RIP Larry Bailey but there are many other of us hunter fans) would no doubt love to own this one!

Wow those Ganns are gorgeous. I see by the first one shown that the Tim Hancock fancy hunters are going viral. I saw a version of that in amber stag by Joel Chambelin at the ECCKS.

Here is a sub hilt I'm taking to Blade. Just got it back from the engraver on Friday. Elmax stainless blade, stainless fittings, and an ironwood handle. Ray Cover put is new "Flair Cut" engraving on the guard and sub hilt. Should have a couple more knives finished by the show including a big fighter with a hamon.
