Doing some sirloin steaks (not pictured) and some ribeyes in the smoker for a half hour or so and then searing them. Hopefully I can keep them around medium. The steaks come from a quarter cow we bought off a friend who raises cattle.

I really want to dig into these, but alas they are for tomorrow and a party Friday. In total I smoked 4 cream cheese blocks and the 2.5lb chuck roast.

This is the first chuck I have smoked, turned out well. I think I could have left it on for a bit longer though, and use a stronger wood than cherry next time.
