Thanks bro. This is my 3rd time now. First with my new bow and First from the bank. The other 2 times was out of my little boat and i borrowed one of Curt's bows. Enjoyed it so much i had to go get me my own setup LOL

I definitely will be getting a lot more practice!! I love it.


Blade show weekend We will be checking out some knives Saturday then Saturday evening leaving and going fishing at a private camp an hour outside Atlanta. A friend of Curts but i managed an invite lol. We will be bow fishing some and also fishing for some monster catfish. Maybe the 2 at once :D

Catfish is my favorite fresh water fish to eat. Red fish for saltwater. The day i have to pick one or the other would be a rough day for me lol
 
Gonna go look at a 94 Jeep Wrangler Saturday. I know, I know Murph, not a real Jeep with the square headlights, haha. There are ways around that though. Hoping to get a hell of a deal on it. I have to drive 4 hours to see it, but the guy seems to be very honest about what's wrong with it.

Probably a rod, since noodlin' in Florida could result in a close and unwelcome encounter with a member of the species Alligator mississippiensis. :eek: :D

The amount of fun cant be explained in words!!

Oh and this actually belongs here :D The necker can not get through their armor (scales/skin is very hard), we use tin snips and even they have a hard time cutting through the "skin" but the necker made cutting the backstrap out easy!

I hope it's worth the trip. She's a beauty! Fer sure worth taking a hard look at.

Its delicious!! They say if you leave ANY of the dark meat touching the back strap it ruins the flavor, the dark meat has a very fishy taste but as long as you cut out just the back strap your good. It comes out like a tenderloin. On fish this size you get quite a bit of meat per fish too.
 
I talked to the Jeep owner this morning. There was someone that looked at it today. Some young girl. She wants it, but doesn't know if she can come up with the funds or not. If not, I'll be there tomorrow. Hope she doesn't get it, haha, but, if so, I guess it wasn't meant to be.

BTW, I like the square headlights ok. I saw a custom grill for the yj that had round headlights, that looked like the old cj's, where the headlight went into the grill, so to speak.
