Bose Knives

Vince That is a Peach...!

Tony That Lockback Saddlehorn is the absolute BALLS!

Kerry bless you and that camera

Somethin about that knife of yours Vince reminds me of carmel corn. I wanna eat it...it looks so yummy. :D :o

This thread just picked up to warp speed again with the recent posts.

Those are both great knives, Duckman1. I'd have trouble picking between those two but maybe the coffin jack. And Rem bone to boot.

Kerry, I didn't know that about putting a post in to stop the blade from hitting. I bet that stag is even better in person.

Vince, awesome knife; thanks for adding more pictures of it. (It looks a little small for you though, better send it my way.)

I'm continually amazed.

Thannks to all.

Beautiful knives you guys. It just doesn't get any better.

I need my BFC bib.:D

Yes Sir,back up to speed on the Bose thread.
duckman1,those two knives are gorgeous ! You certainly are a savvy shopper, lol!

That lockback Saddlehorn looks great! I really like the color of the stag on it!

Both knives are extremely beautiful. The master blade on the whittler is very unique.... a combination of wharncliffe and hawkbill perhaps. The coffin jack is fantastic. I really like the long nail nick on the master. Thanks for sharing them.

Question I dropped my bose case whittler and the tip of the large blade, well is no more, how would you pros have this mended I need someone that knows what they are doing, as I fear i would just make a bigger messw of it than i already did, Best,Ham

Ham,I think if you send it back to Case they'd fix it.
-Vince

Ham,

Welcome to BF. I like those whittlers best of the knives Tony has done with Case. Might just be the best factory knife I have seen. It is obvious a lot of work went into them and they are beautifully finished.

Vince gives good advise. Give Case a call. I think they will work with you.

This was posted previously in this thread.
originally owned by fasteddie--I purchased it awhile ago, and was afraid to have it shipped overseas. I had it shipped to a US address and the wife just brought it back today. This is the only knife that I have ever handled that had smooth stag scales--my previous experience is with the gnarly kind.

Anyway, I am very happy with it. That engraving does make it a dress-up knife, but it is a hefty sucker--and begs to be carried.
