Merry Christmas to all the BoseHos....have a safe and joyous holiday.

The team from bellbucksnbeards.com were treated to a Bose Shop tour today and the video will soon be on youtube. I will post an update once the video is ready.

Big Thanks to Tony and Reese for allowing us to visit the shop..

Just picked this one up today a 4" closed shadow pattern with 440-V blades. You don't see many of these in the four inch size.

Here's some shots taken at Reese's bench today.

Something old: A knife that Tony made for a fellow co-worker(electrician) in 1988. It's been used just about every day since then and still walks and talks.

...and something new, a 3.5" WharncliffeLESS Trapper with jigged black paper Micarta.

That electrician's knife looks like it has seen a bit of work in its time. It's till beautiful (in my eyes)-- a little hard work never detracted from anything, least of all a knife.

I have learned all that I know about patterns from the folksy forum, and I hesitate to correct anyone here, but that other knife (nice as it is) does not look like a Wharnciffe Trapper to me. I do love the jigging on the micarta, though. :D

Sure it is..it just doesn't have the Wharncliffe blade...don't you know anything!!!

Actually you are right...I'm sleepy and my eyes are sticking shut and I'm half dilerious and I haven't used the word dilerious probably in 5 years.

I will correct the error and THANKS for watchin my six.:D

Wow, that guy really used that knife. I think its looks good.
And that jigged micarta looks great on that wharncliffless trapper.

Knowing those get used on a regular basis, they all still look no worse for the wear. Thanks for showing us yer duck makin tools :cool:

Another raft of knives!! Old Dog models; and several KHams in Kerry's thread. Makes one wonder if you are a serious carver??:D:D:D

Seriously folks, Duckman makes some absolutely beautiful Duck sculptures (seems more appropriate than "decoys") with these knives!!

Those are some great tools you have George, but you need some ivory in that lineup! Anyone have any ivory? Anyone?
