My grandfather was from a small hill town 1 1/2 hrs east of Palermo. I actually have a knife he brought over in 1898!Well, we are Sicilian on my mother's side. Grandfather (who introduced me to knives) was from Palermo. (With that background is it any wonder I like knives?)
