is mahvelous, is it not. :D

I was fortunate to get this beautiful Reese Bose Single-Blade Lockback Saddlehorn Prototype from a buddy in Tulsa this weekend....

  • #0 - The Prototype
  • Outstanding Shin-Bone Scales Shop Dyed & Jigged by Reese Bose
  • Nail-Nick works perfectly for opening the blade with one hand
  • Specs: 4 3/4" Closed; 3 1/2" Blade; 8 1/4" OAL

Very, very nice knife, Jon. If I'm not mistaken there are not too many lockbacks coming out of Wilfred Works, is that correct?

Best,
Peter

It's much harder, if not impossible, to place a date on Reese's work based on looking at the knife. It's true that there aren't as many lockbacks made as there are regular slip joints but I can't put a figure on it. I'll see what I can dig up from headquarters and get back to ya. ;)

I love the dogleg jack pattern, but this one is in stag so it's like double love. Blades are CPM440V. It's goin to Blade. ;)
