Kerry, what's the closed length of those beauties?
Tony has a long standing reputation of supporting knifedom in many ways. He credits many of the old guard NKCA members with adding to his cutlery education and this pair of knives will be going to that organization to help support their fund raising efforts.
These knives are based on the Bose Wharncliffe Trapper frame made into two, single-blade knives. The blades and springs are 154CM, hafted in Case Chestnut Bone, and finished out with 410SS rat tail bolsters and bullock shields. The clip knife was made by Tony and the Wharncliffe knife was made by some other guy

Kerry, those are both incredible!
I mean this as the sincerest of compliments to both you and Tony, but without the stamps I don't think I would be able to say who made which one!
Kerry, just how much were you sweating trying to make your knife a perfect match to Tony's?![]()
Here's a little somethin else to feast on for your 4th of July weekend. ENJOY!

Is that stag or is that stag?
I understand that Tony and Reese are partial to that pattern.![]()
It could be the all time greatest pattern to come from the Works!!
Wilfred Works that is; I've carried one for quite a while now, and it is indeed hard to beat for every day usefulness! And that doesn't include the inherent beauty of its form-follows-function design! That beauty can make your day like a magic talisman!
Mine has some Old Factory Bone on it, which I hope to carry for many years to come!
I must admit, the stag is tempting though; VERY tempting!!
That Wharncliffe Trapper is a real honey! Great stag and flawless execution. You can't ask for anything more then that. Someone is gonna be incredibly happy with that
T. Bose.
So you're saying you like it, then?...![]()
