Bose Knives

This little Swayback Jack is hafted with bone that Tony bought in the early 90s. It was sold as "old German bone from the 60s" (possibly from Boker, but hopefully it's cattle bone and not actually from some old German from the 60's :p )

Description would fit for me as well - luckily my bones are still complete :D

In any case: A real beauty! (the swayback...)

Kerry,

The congress and swayback are awesome!

If you happen to see an ivory congress up there that Reese is messin' with, I would love to see it. :D.

I have a Gents knife with Gold Pins & Shield with that same Red Bone. I've wondered for years what kind of Bone it was. Thanks Kerry! Now I know. :)

Does Tony refer to this pattern as "Gents Knife" ?
i'm still learning the Bose patterns but to me it resembles the "4 Line Trapper".
I think of a Gent's knife as slimmer than what this one appears to be.

Yes he calls it a Gents. It's only 3" Closed and is thinner then appears in the photo.

Thanks for the pic help Wagglebee!

rej,
You need to send your Bose knives to me for a picture shoot.I'll only charge you one Bose knife.
