Bose Knives

I'm not sure what he calls them but those "recurve pen blades" that he makes are absolutely stunning to my eyes.
What I'd give for a small percentage of the talent and patience it must take to build these beauties.

Here's a backpocket frame with a saddlehorn blade in it, and it has a flush joint.

That's an amazing example of functional art, and a grail knife, too. Something about the use of the saddlehorn blade in the backpocket frame just makes this one for me.

Nice balance between the hefty blade and serious frame! Art and function in a wonderful package!
What are we gonna do when the Old Dog retires to poolside???

It's actually called a "curved pen blade" and I mistakenly called it a surgical pen blade. I'm going to correct it in the OP, but yeah, they are beautiful blades and it just doesn't happen. You pretty much nailed it with "talent and patience".

That would make a fellow know he had something in his hand, Mike. That is such a great folder. The backpocket speaks for itself. Adding the saddlehorn blade to its frame is magical!

Thanks for posting this one.
