Bose Knives

Talked to Reese this morning about an order I placed back in 2007 I think. I've moved a couple times and switched phone numbers since then...also pretty much forgotten about this order until I just started thinking about knives again. Gave a call to see if I was still on the list or if I had missed my window. Reese is always a pleasure to talk to, said I'm certainly still on their list and that he is working on 2006/2007 orders right now. I updated my contact info so one of these days...I'm going to get the call that my backpocket knife is ready. Hard to believe really....seems like so long ago when I placed that order, things sure have changed in my life since then but now I'm getting excited all over again. Time to start saving my pennies...

Curious, is it possible to visit Wilfred Works? I'd hate to ask if it's a bother for them but after a 7 year wait I think it'd be sweet to make the drive down there to pick up my knife in person, shake Reese's hand, and see the shop that births all these beautiful pieces of sharp art.

Call Reese and ask him.

Green canvas is always an "in" Fall color Vince, really dig the patterns you have selected too.

Love those shadow patterns with micarta scales. Briefly had a 3.5" single blade shadow trapper from Reese but something came up back then and I needed the money unfortunately...it was a great little blade to carry though. So glad I put in an order around that time. Mine was black but that green canvas is just begging to be carried and used, I love it.

Also...over the last few days I have gone through every page of this thread looking at the pictures. Wow...just wow, they are all just so amazing.

I just got this Wharncliffe Trapper in from Tony today! For those of you who know me, know that this is the knife I've been wanting for a long time!! It's my grail knife. This one is
a little different, The blade steel is some of Don Hanson's W2 and man Tony got it sharp as heck! What else can I say but ... It's a BOSE knife! Thanks again Tony for the knife and being a
good friend... btw, it's in my pocket as we speak!:D

Awesomeness  Get a look at that stag  OK Jason it'll now be your personal responsibility to bump this thread up,weekly, with degree's of patina (pictures of course) on the blades :)

Congrats Jason. I was wondering if it got there today. Hard to beat Don's W2 on a knife by Tony. That's some special stag you got there!

Man Jason, that is a GRAIL!! CONGRATS! I know you've been talking about that one for a long time. Glad to see it made it into your hands.

What a treasure, Jason! Congrats to you. That is one awesome knife!

That's awesome Jason. Thanks for helping me picture my "want" knife. I'm also on Reese's list, for a single, clip-blade trapper with stag covers.
