Left to right:
- Reese #2, 440V, 3-5/8 closed, Remington Bone, fluted bolsters
- Tony, 440V, 3-5/8 closed, stag, fluted bolsters, my whittling knife when I'm camping.
- Reese #3, ATS-34, 3-1/8 closed, Napanock bone, gold shield
- Case Test Knife for the upcoming Case/Tbose catalog version of the 3-1/8 2 blade swayback. The test run is sold to Case employees and is hafted with that odd teal blue bone.
- Tony Bose prototype 2 blade. This is the original, prototype version of the knife that will be a standard offering by Case. This one is D-2, 3-1/8 closed, Old Case bone that was given to Tony by the president of Case, as the story goes.
- Tony Bose, 440V, 3" closed, Old red Boker bone. This is the one I carry in the watch pocket of my jeans almost every day. Awesome little sitdown knife.
- Tony Bose, single blade Prototype, 440V, stag, 3" closed.

Vince was nice enough to let this one go, I guess I will soon be a member of the Bose Parade. Sheila is leading the way, however, she did twist my arm just a little on this one. Below is copied from Vinces' sale thread, I hope he does not mind the copy. Thanks Vince, You are one of the good guys.
Jim

This is a very rare Tony Bose peanut. This may be the only one like this with Old Remington Bone scales.Tony & Reese only have so much of this Remington bone left, and they use it almost exclusively for Bladeshow knives.Teamed with the tiny 2-5/8" closed size,it makes this knife even more unique, imagine how hard it was to make this. The bone scales are perfect,as a matter of fact, the whole knife,is as is perfect as you will find for something like this
The blade is 2-1/8" from tip to bolster, hollow ground 440V SS with an "as ground" finish.Fully swedged.perfect nail nick.Domed SS pins,ss pinned federal shield,ss relived liners, and ss bolsters.Perfect spring tension, half stops, perfect blade centering, and this knife has what is known in the slipjoint world as "sunk joint",witch means the blade lies low w/ closed. The back sharp edge of the tang is recessed below the bolster when closed,so she is smooth in the gent's pocket
Opened up she's 4-3/4" Condition is very good, this has, however been carried a few times, and there are some real light marks on the bolsters & shield from this,no deep scratches. The blade has not been re - sharpened, there is no bladeplay.

But it is not mine yet, alas, Vince has not been to Post Office yet to collect goodies and put goodies in mail. I think I am like a little kid thinking again Christmas will never come. But it will in time. Can't wait, thinking it will see some pocket time, then go for a fluff & buff, then come back and join Mr. Cargill's Peanitler on the shelf.

Still saving space for that elusive mystical Khnutbuster.:D

Jim
