One of the first things I did after getting this unit was invest in some filter adapters. In my shop, I'm not typically dealing with hazardous gases and vapors, so those expensive cartridges are overkill. I really wanted to be able to use my stockpile of cheap pink 3M particulate filters on the new machine.
To echo what others have said, the mask IS too small to fit my glasses comfortably and the hose IS slightly too short. Other than that, seems like a good deal for $75. :thumbup:

I too, apologize for the delay... Somehow this slipped through the cracks! Yes, with the flange mine is measuring 1.33" or so, and behind the flange it is measuring about 1.21" or so. So the hose I mentioned on the previous page will work just fine

Ok I'm getting some unknown bladeforums error when I try to edit my post... Anyway here is what I was gonna add.
I figured it was about time to switch filters... This is after about 4 months or so.
Still clean on the inside!
Man... My blower base unit went down the other day, didn't realize how much I love this thing until I went back to the old half mask haha, I ended up grinding without any mask at all it was so annoying.
